Ingredients

  • - 8 oz Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • - 8 oz Emmentaler cheese, shredded
  • - 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)

Instructions
