Ingredients

  • - 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • - 6 oz fontina cheese, freshly shredded
  • - 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
  • - 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • - 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1/4 cup white wine (dry)
  • - 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • - 2.5 oz parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • - 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • - 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  2. 22. Place cream cheese in top pot and melt slowly, stirring constantly
  3. 33. Once cream cheese is smooth, add white wine and heavy cream
