Ingredients

  • •• 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • •• 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
  • •• 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • •• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • •• 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • •• 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • •• 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • •• 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (instead of cornstarch)
  • •• 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. 11. Combine all ingredients except arrowroot and water in a saucepan
