Ingredients

  • - 2.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • - 1 cup soy sauce
  • - 1/2 cup mirin
  • - 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • - 1/4 cup sake
  • - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • - 1/4 cup water
  • - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions
