  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1 cup whole wheat flour (instead of white flour)
  • • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • • Avocado oil for frying (instead of vegetable oil)
  • For the Sauce:
  • • 1 cup fresh orange juice (instead of concentrate)
  • • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • • 3 tbsp coconut sugar (instead of white sugar)
  • • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • • Served with: Brown rice (instead of white rice)

Instructions

  1. 11. Mix eggs in bowl. Combine flour and cornstarch in another bowl
