Ingredients

  • Korean radish (mu)
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • vegetable oil
  • green onion
  • sesame seeds
  • salt
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the radish and cut into thin matchsticks.
  2. 2Boil the radish in salted water for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. 3Drain well.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan.
  5. 5Add minced garlic and stir briefly.
  6. 6Add the radish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7Season with soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and salt.
