2. Whisk egg, remaining sugar, warm milk, and melted butter in large mixing bowl. Add activated yeast mixture.

3. Gradually incorporate bread flour and kosher salt, kneading until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. Dough should be soft but not sticky.

4. Place dough in buttered bowl, cover with clean kitchen towel. Allow to rise in warm location until doubled, approximately 1 hour.

5. Punch down dough, divide into 12-15 equal portions. Shape into round rolls.
