  • • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • • 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • • 2 tablespoons honey (instead of brown sugar)
  • • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • • 1 Asian pear, grated (or apple)
  • • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • • 3 scallions/green onions, chopped
  • • 2 cups brown rice, cooked (instead of white rice)
  • • 1 tablespoon olive oil (instead of vegetable oil)

Instructions
