Instructions

1. Combine gochugaru, gochujang, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, pureed Asian pear, and sesame oil in a large bowl until well mixed

2. Toss sliced pork in marinade until evenly coated. Refrigerate 4-24 hours

3. Heat wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking

4. Sear marinated pork in batches until caramelized and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes per batch
