  • • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • • 1 small onion, diced
  • • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • • Optional: 1 cup diced turkey bacon

Instructions
