Ingredients

  • - 1 16" French bread loaf
  • - 2.5 oz Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • - 2.5 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • - 2.5 oz smoked ham, thinly sliced
  • - 2.5 oz turkey breast, thinly sliced
  • - 2.5 oz roast beef, thinly sliced
  • - 2 slices provolone cheese
  • - 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • - 2-3 tomato slices
  • - 2-3 thin onion rings
  • - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 11. Slice French bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the interior
  2. 22. Spread mayonnaise evenly on both sides of bread
  3. 33. Layer meats in exact order: Genoa salami, capicola, turkey, ham, roast beef
  4. 44. Add provolone cheese slices
  5. 55. Pat tomato slices and onion rings dry with paper towels
  6. 66. Add shredded lettuce, tomato, and onion
  7. 77. Drizzle with oil and vinegar
