Ingredients

  • - 2 green onions/scallions, finely sliced
  • - 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

  • - 1/2 teaspoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • - 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)

Instructions
