Ingredients

  • Filling:

  • • 2/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (instead of sugar)
  • • 3 large eggs
  • • 1 cup Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
  • • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • • 12 reduced-fat Oreos, crushed

Instructions
