Ingredients

  • • 6 large organic eggs
  • • 3 cups filtered water
  • • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (instead of vegetable oil)
  • • 2 green onions/scallions, chopped
  • • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (instead of regular sugar)
  • • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
