Ingredients

  • - 2 cups dried fernbrake (gosari/bracken fern)
  • - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • - 2 green onions/scallions, finely sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 11. Soak dried fernbrake in cold water for 6-8 hours or overnight until fully rehydrated
