Ingredients

  • - 2 whole Pacific mackerel (cleaned, butterflied)
  • - 3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
  • - 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • - 1 tablespoon rice wine (mirin)
  • - 2 stalks spring onions/scallions, finely sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • - Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
