Ingredients

  • • 4 mackerel fillets (about 150g each)
  • • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (instead of vegetable oil)
  • • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • • 2 green onions/scallions, finely chopped
  • • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
