Ingredients

  • - 2 green onions/scallions, bias-cut
  • - 1 red chile pepper, thinly sliced
  • - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • - 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
  • - 1 cup dashi stock (or water)

Instructions
