- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

For the Signature Sauce:

- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

- 2 tbsp honey
•
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
•
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
•
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Add sliced beef and marinate 30 minutes.
