Ingredients

  • - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • - 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
  • - 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
