- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup warm milk (110-115°F)

- 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
•
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/3 cup butter, softened
•
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp salt

Filling:
•
- 1 cup butter, softened
•
- 1 cup brown sugar
•
- 2.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
•
- 1.5 cups pecans, chopped and toasted
•
- 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
•
Frosting:
•
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
•
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
•
- 2.5 cups powdered sugar
•
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Warm milk to 110-115°F, add yeast and 1 tbsp sugar. Let bloom 5-10 minutes.

2. In stand mixer, combine flour, remaining sugar, salt.

3. Add bloomed yeast mixture, eggs, and butter. Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth.

4. First rise: Cover, let rise 90 minutes in warm place.

5. Roll dough to 16x20 inch rectangle.

6. Mix filling: butter, brown sugar, cinnamon.

7. Spread filling, sprinkle 1 cup toasted pecans.
