Ingredients

  • - 2 cups cilantro-lime rice
  • - 1 can (15 oz) black beans
  • - 1 lb marinated chicken thighs
  • - 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • - 1 cup corn salsa
  • - 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • - 1 cup fresh guacamole

  • Marinade for chicken:
