- ¼ cup olive oil

- ½ cup butter, divided

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
•
- ½ cup dry white wine
•
- ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice

- 1 cup chicken broth
•
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained

- Fresh parsley for garnish
