- 4 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes

- 1.5 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, freshly grated
•
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
•
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
•
- 1/4 cup sour cream
•
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
•
- 2 tsp kosher salt
•
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

3. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook 15-20 minutes until fork-tender

5. Drain potatoes thoroughly, return to hot pot
