Ingredients

  • - 4 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • - 1.5 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • - 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • - 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • - 1/4 cup sour cream
  • - 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 2 tsp kosher salt
  • - 1/2 tsp white pepper

Instructions

  1. 11. Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch uniform chunks

  3. 33. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook 15-20 minutes until fork-tender
